Shaping a Missional Community
Elements is intended to help you lead a missional community of students who reveal their faith to the world by joining in the activity of God through conversation and stories, compassion and justice, community and character and celebration and worship. The Elements workshop will help you develop effective ministry environments for nurturing the students in your ministry and for the mission of those students outside of your ministry. This training is a two-day commitment.
